Because Reiki sessions, intuitive readings, and spiritual coaching are digital or time-based services, all sales are considered final once the session has been delivered.

However, I want clients to feel supported:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled session will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no cost
• Cancellations made before 24 hours may be rescheduled once per client or receive a 50% refund
• No-show appointments are non-refundable, and will NOT receive a reschedule credit
• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, I will assist you in receiving the product successfully.
• Refunds can take around 5-7 business days to process & appear back on your card/account.
